American Airlines Complaint

Lost Luggage
My parents-in-law travelled on American Airlines from London Heathrow to Los Angeles. They left London on flight number AA 135 (BA1502) (a British Airways flight operated by American Airlines) and arrived in LAX on Thursday 25 June at approximately 17.15.
My mother-in-law never received her luggage in LAX, even though it has been confirmed that it had been scanned and received in LHR by the airline. This has been confirmed by both British Airways and American Airlines. The baggage locator number is TIIINU. Another reference number given is FAT/AA34502
The luggage belonging to my father-in-law, which was checked in at the same time in LHR, arrived and was collected by him in LAX. To date, no one seems to know where my mother-in-law's luggage is.
We would like to know what can be done to locate and return her luggage to her ASAP as she is currently without clothing, essential medication and toiletries.
